Day at the Gym

You are in a crowded gym when you suddenly realize you need to fart.

The music is really loud, so you time your farts with the beat.

You let 5 strong and loud ones go back to back.

After a couple of songs, you start to feel better as you approach your stopping point .

As you are leaving the gym , people are really staring you down, and

that's when you remember: you've been listening to your iPod

Peanut Butter and Jelly French Toast Sticks

8 slices sandwich bread
1/2 cup jelly (any flavor)
5 large eggs
1/3 cup milk
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
Powder Sugar(optional)

2. In a wide, medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and vanilla.

3. In a large nonstick skillet, heat 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. When the butter is almost melted, dunk two of the sammies into the french toast batter and let the excess drip off. Place in the pan and cook until golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes for each side. Repeat with the remaining 2 tablespoons butter and 2 sammies. Pour powder sugar on a plate and roll french toast sticks in sugar till coated. Let cool slightly and cut into sticks; serve with the warm maple syrup.

Hugs and Hope

"Happy Mail" Wanted!
Children fighting for their lives have very little to smile about. You can change that by sending them some "Happy Mail." Cheery cards give these kids a few more smiles, a little more hope, and a reason to get out of bed each day.
Experience the satisfaction of making a sick child's day and giving them something to look forward to. Send a card and a hug -- one of the smiles you create just might be your own!

Purple Cow Shakes

My nephews, son and I have a great time making this.
1 small scoop vanilla ice cream

2 tablespoons grape juice concentrate

2 tablespoons milk

Place ingredients in a baby food jar. Close the lid and shake, shake, shake.
To make more double or triple ingredients and blend in a blender
Enjoy! For added fun, read the following poem.

The Purple Cow

I never saw a purple cow,

I never hope to see one!

But I can tell you, anyhow

I'd rather see than be one.
